Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you order a meal or buy a subscription from Krishva's Kitchen.

01About these terms

These terms apply when you order food or buy a subscription from Krishva's Kitchen, through our mobile app or otherwise. By placing an order you agree to them.

Krishva's Kitchen is a trading name of Krishva Food Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16583340.

Registered office: 7 Berkeley Road, London NW9 9DJ.

Questions about these terms can go to support@krishvaskitchen.com.

02Ordering

Orders are placed in the Krishva's Kitchen app. An order is accepted once we confirm it in the app. We may decline an order — for example if the delivery address falls outside our delivery area, or if we cannot prepare it in time.

Ordering windows for lunch and dinner, and the cut-off time for each, are shown in the app and can change from day to day. Tomorrow's lunch and dinner can be pre-ordered after 6:00 PM.

03Meals and prices

Our standard meals are:

  • Regular Meal — £5: 325 ml sabji, 325 ml dal, 325 ml rice and 3 rotis.
  • Full Thali — £7: 425 ml sabji, 425 ml dal, 425 ml rice and 5 rotis.
  • Individual items — roti £0.50 each, dal £1.50, rice £1 and sabji £3. A sweet is available when offered.

The quantities above apply to each item separately. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices from time to time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown in the app when you place it.

04Subscriptions and meal credits

A subscription is a single up-front payment that adds a number of meal credits to your account. One credit is one meal of the type covered by your plan.

  • Weekly Regular Thali — £35 for 7 meal credits, over a 7-day plan period plus a 15-day grace period.
  • Monthly Regular Thali — £140 for 30 meal credits, over a 30-day plan period plus a 15-day grace period.
  • Weekly Full Thali — £46 for 7 meal credits, over a 7-day plan period plus a 15-day grace period.
  • Monthly Full Thali — £195 for 30 meal credits, over a 30-day plan period plus a 15-day grace period.

Credits are a pool, not a daily allowance. You may use them for lunch or for dinner, and you may use more than one credit on the same day, up to the number of credits you hold. Credits are valid during the plan period and the 15-day grace period that follows it, and are for use on your own account.

Credits are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for money. Unused credits expire at the end of the grace period and are not refunded. Whether to extend that period in a particular case is at our discretion.

05Delivery

We deliver within 5 miles of Kingsbury Station. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Full details are on our delivery policy page.

06Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place an order or buy a subscription, through Stripe, the payment provider integrated into the app. Your card details are entered into Stripe's own secure payment form and go directly to Stripe — we never receive or store your card number, security code or expiry date.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order or suspend access to the credits it paid for.

07Cancellations and refunds

We do not offer refunds, and orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Where an order goes wrong on our side, the remedy we provide is a meal credit rather than a payment back to your card.

The full position — including what happens to unused credits — is set out on our refund and cancellation policy page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

08Allergens and dietary information

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before you order. Get in touch at support@krishvaskitchen.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7377187905, tell us what you need to avoid, and we will give you the ingredient and allergen information we have for the dishes you are considering.

We do not publish a formal allergen list. Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles a range of ingredients, including common allergens, and dishes are cooked in shared equipment and shared space. We therefore cannot guarantee that any dish is free from any particular allergen, and we cannot describe our food or our kitchen as allergen-free.

If your allergy is severe, please take that into account when deciding whether to order, and talk to us first.

09Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for orders placed through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used in a way that breaks these terms.

10Our responsibility to you

We take reasonable care to prepare and deliver your order as described. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, but we are not responsible for anything outside our reasonable control. We do not limit our liability where the law does not allow us to.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it. Material changes will be flagged in the app.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
