Delete your Krishva's Kitchen account

This page explains how to delete your Krishva's Kitchen account and what happens to your information afterwards.

The Krishva's Kitchen app is published and operated by Krishva Food Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16583340, with its registered office at 7 Berkeley Road, London NW9 9DJ.

You can delete your account at any time, and there are two ways to do it — yourself in the app, or by asking us.

The quickest way, and it takes effect immediately:

1. Open the Krishva's Kitchen app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when asked.

Your account is deleted straight away. This cannot be undone, and you will need to sign up again if you want to order in future.

If you cannot get into the app, email support@krishvaskitchen.com with the subject “Delete my account”.

Send it from the email address on your account, or quote the mobile number you registered with, so we can confirm it is really you.

We will delete your account within 30 days and email you to confirm it is done.

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• your name, email address and mobile number;
• all of your saved delivery addresses;
• your profile and notification settings;
• your sign-in record, so the phone number is free to register again.

We keep a record of orders you have placed, any subscription you held, and the payments taken for them. These records no longer link back to a live account, and we do not use them to contact you.

We keep them because UK law requires a business to retain records of its transactions, and because we may need them to answer a question about a past order, handle a chargeback, or settle a dispute. We keep them for 6 years, which is the retention period required for company and tax records in the UK, and then delete them.

We never store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, and card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's own secure payment form — they never reach our systems, so there is nothing for us to delete.
