Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds. Here is how orders, subscriptions and meal credits work — and how we put things right if an order goes wrong.

01Our policy in short

Krishva's Kitchen does not offer refunds. Meals are cooked fresh to order for each service, so once an order is placed the money paid for it is not returned.

If an order genuinely goes wrong on our side, we put it right with a meal credit rather than a payment back to your card. Everything below explains how that works.

Nothing in this policy takes away your legal rights as a consumer. Where the law requires us to provide a remedy, we will.

02Scope

This page covers cancelling an order, cancelling a subscription, and what happens to unused meal credits at Krishva's Kitchen. It sits alongside our terms and conditions and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

03Cancelling an order

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Each service is cooked to the orders we hold for it, so an order that is withdrawn is food that has already been planned and bought for.

Please check your order before confirming it — the app shows exactly what is included and what it costs.

If you have made a genuine mistake, contact us on WhatsApp or at support@krishvaskitchen.com as quickly as you can. We cannot promise anything, but if we have not yet cooked for that service we will do what we reasonably can to help.

04If something is wrong with your order

If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect or not in a good condition, tell us as soon as you can and, where possible, send a photograph. We will look into it and put it right.

The remedy is a meal credit. Where we accept that something went wrong, we add a credit to your account covering the affected item or meal, which you can spend on any future order. We do not return the money to your card.

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery where you can. Food is perishable, and the sooner we hear, the better we can work out what happened.

05Cancelling a subscription

A subscription is a one-off purchase of meal credits rather than a recurring charge, so there is nothing to stop for future billing and you will never be charged again automatically.

Because the credits have already been bought, stopping does not produce a refund. Credits you have paid for stay in your account and remain usable for the rest of their validity period, described below.

06Unused meal credits

Credits are valid for the plan period plus the 15-day grace period that follows it. There is no daily limit on how many you use, so credits can be used up quickly if you want to.

At the end of the grace period, any credits still unused expire. Expired credits have no cash value and are not refunded or exchanged for money.

We will not let credits lapse quietly — you can see how many you have left and when they expire in the app at any time.

07How meal credits are given

A credit is added directly to your Krishva's Kitchen account and appears in the app, usually within one working day of us agreeing it. There is nothing to claim and no code to enter — it is simply there the next time you order. Credits given as a remedy follow the same validity rules as purchased credits.

08How to raise something with us

Get in touch with:

  • the name on the account and the order or plan in question;
  • the date of the order;
  • what went wrong, with a photograph if it is about the food itself.

Email support@krishvaskitchen.com or message +44 7377187905 on WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

09Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to a remedy where food is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described. Freshly prepared food is exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which is why change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted. If you believe something has gone wrong that this policy does not cover, contact us and we will look at it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The version that applies to your order or subscription is the one published at the time you bought it.
